Traps are unsolicited messages that SNMP agents send to SNMP management applications. These messages convey the occurrence of some faults, alarms, or events in the monitored device.
Hantz SNMP Trap Manger receives all the traps sent by SNMP agents and processes them. Based on the processed traps, Hantz SNMP Manager raises alarms, helping the IT managers/operators remove the bottlenecks in the network infrastructure before they affect the network.
