SLA Management Views 

Hantz SLA comes along with SLA Management view and the ability for the user to configure their own report and views. The Hantz System has the capability to handle multiple type of SLAs on a monitored resource. You can define different templates for the user and define which resources will fall under them. With a proper combination of thresholds, time range for the calculation of the SLA, and the ability to pin point which resource should fall under the SLA, Hantz system give an effective SLA management system. The Hantz SLA view gives the details, such as SLA summary view, Breached SLA, SLA Statistics, SLA Stats based on the defined templates.

The SLA module s tightly integrates with the various types of data collected for performance monitoring of your network, servers, and applications and also with the end-to-end user emulation monitoring.
